Paralakhemundi: An Italian couple has adopted an abandoned girl child from Gajapati district of Odisha.
They took custody of the child after completing necessary formalities in the presence of district collector Anupam Saha on Thursday. Two other girl children were also adopted by two parents from Kolkata.
