Balasore: A student of Government ITI College in Balasore town was caught playing the lethal Blue Whale game on Tuesday.
According to reports, some students of the institute found the student playing the online game during a workshop and informed principal Krushna Chandra Rout. The college authorities told the boy’s parents about it.
Following counselling with his parents and institute authorities, he admitted that he had completed 11 levels of the game.
Later, a surprise raid was conducted in the hostel of the college and 37 cell phones were recovered.
On Monday, two students of Barapada School of Engineering and Technology in Bhadrak were found playing the deadly game. They were counselled by police so that they don’t play the game further.
