Mumbai: Janhvi Kapoor-starrer ‘Gunjan Saxena – The Kargil girl’ will be streaming live on Netflix soon.
Janhvi recently took to Instagram to confirm the news. Here’s what she posted:
The producers of the movie decided to go for digital release after the Centre decided against opening cinema halls during Unlock 1.0.
The film is based on the life of Flight Lieutenant Gunjan Saxena, who along with Flight Lieutenant Srividya Rajan made history when she became the first Indian women in combat during the Kargil war.
Directed by Sharan Sharma, the film stars Janhvi in the lead role along with Pankaj Tripathi, Angad Bedi, Vineet Kumar, Manav Vij and Ayesha Raza.
