New Delhi: The application window for JEE Main 2022 session-1 will close at 9 pm on Monday (April 25). Candidates can apply online at jeemain.nta.nic.in
As informed, the entrance exam this year will be conducted in two phases: from June 20 to 29 and then from July 21 to 30. More than 9 lakh students are expected to register for the JEE Mains, out of which 2.5 lakh candidates will be selected for the JEE Advanced Exam for IITs.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has said that “candidates can login using system generated application code and password for filling the application form”.
Steps for registration
* Go to the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in
* On the homepage, click the link “Registration for JEE (Main) 2022”
* Click on ‘New registration’
* Fill in all the personal details and educational qualifications, choose exam cities and upload images and documents (if any).
* Pay the requisite examination fee through net banking, credit card, debit card, UPI or Paytm
The application fees for general candidates is Rs 600 while for other categories it is Rs 325
