JSPL To Set Up Container Manufacturing Unit In Odisha’s Paradip

Paradip: Jindal Steel & Power Ltd (JSPL) has expressed its interest to build a container manufacturing unit here.
Chairman of JSPL Naveen Jindal on a visit to Paradip Port discussed the project which is a part of the company’s commitment to Atmanirbhar Bharat and Make in Odisha.
The first of its kind project in Odisha, the port-based container manufacturing unit will be built over 100 acre of land which will be provided by the port authorities, company sources said on Tuesday.
Accompanied by a team of senior officials, Jindal had a meeting with the authorities of Paradip Port Trust and discussed the JSPL’s proposal for a dedicated railway freight corridor from Angul to Paradip. He also visited various other facilities of the port.
