Bhubaneswar: It was one-way traffic on Thursday evening as Odisha girls rode roughshod over Manipur in the 40th Junior Kho Kho National Championship.
The hosts, who are one of the favourites to lift the crown, won 18-1 as Manipur eventually conceded the match at Biju Patnaik Indoor Hall, KIIT Deemed University.
The Odisha boys had got off to a fine start on Wednesday, when they outplayed Madhya Pradesh 28-6.
The five-day meet will culminate with the finals on September 26.
