The losers will get another chance to make the next round as they will play the Silver Group toppers. Action in Silver Group – divided into A and B – gets underway on Monday.

Bhadrak beat KIIT by 15 runs to top Gold Group, while Balasore thrashed Jagatsinghpur by 199 runs to be placed second.
In Saturday’s other fixtures, Ganjam beat Angul by 72 runs, Boudh overcame Bargarh by 15 runs, Dhenkanal routed Keonjhar by 93 runs and Nayagarh got the better of Koraput by 35 runs.
