Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 toll in Odisha touched 197 on Sunday with 10 more patients succumbing to the disease in the last 24 hours.
Kalahandi, which has been one of the less affected districts in the state by the pandemic, reported its first victim during the period.
Following are the details of the victims released by the Health department:
With the 10 new deaths, the virus has so far claimed 103 lives in Ganjam district, 27 in Khurda, 11 in Cuttack, 11 in Gajapati, 10 in Sundargarh, seven in Rayagada, three each in Puri, Nayagarh and Balasore, two each in Kandhamal, Kendrapada, Malkangiri, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Jagatsinghpur and Angul and one each in Bargarh, Jhasuguda, Kalahandi, and Sambalpur.
