Mumbai: Filmmaker Karan Johar, who recently appeared as a guest on the talk show ‘Too Much With Kajol And Twinkle’, left eyes rolling by stating that he lost his virginity at 26 with a member of Janhvi Kapoor’s family.
In the recent episode of the chat show, actress Janhvi Kapoor was also invited as a guest along with Karan.
During a game segment ‘truth or lie’, Janhvi challenged Karan to reveal something scandalous.
“Tell us one scandalous truth about yourself and make up one lie, and we’ll guess which one is true,” the actress asked the filmmaker.
To this, Karan replied, “I lost my virginity when I was 26 years old, and I’ve been intimately involved with a member of your family”.
While Karan’s revelation left hosts Twinkle and Kajol in splits, Janhvi looked thunderstruck.
However, the filmmaker soon clarified, while it’s true that he lost his virginity at 26, but the latter part of his statement was a lie. “I was late to that party and I have not been intimate with any member from your family. Though the thought has crossed my mind a couple of times,” KJo clarified.
Janhvi made her acting debut in 2018 with Dharma Productions’ ‘Dhadak’ alongside Ishaan Khatter.
Janhvi has worked with Karan in several projects, including ‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl’ and ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’, where she did a cameo.
Recently, she collaborated with Karan for ‘Mr & Mrs Mahi’ and was also a part of ‘Homebound’.
