‘Kasauti Zindagii Kay’ Actor Parth Samthaan Tests COVID-19 Positive

Mumbai: Parth Samthaan aka Anurag Basu of Ekta Kapoor’s popular TV serial Kasautii Zindagii Kay, has tested positive for COVID-19, reported Pune Mirror.

The shooting of the show that had resumed just a few days back, has been stopped and the cast and crew have been asked to undergo coronavirus test, the report said.

In an official statement, Balaji Telefilms, without naming Parth, confirmed that one of the ‘talents’ from the show has tested positive for COVID-19 and is now receiving medical attention’.

Meanwhile, Karan Patel, another actor from the same serial will be going through Coronavirus swab test to rule out the possibility of contracting the virus. Karan is playing the role of Rishabh Bajaj after  Karan Singh Grover quit the show.
