New Delhi: Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal announced that he, along with his MPs and MLAs, will go to the BJP headquarters at noon on Sunday, and dared Prime Minister Narendra Modi to arrest all Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders.
The AAP supremo, who is out on interim bail in the Delhi liquor policy case, said the BJP government is putting all AAP leaders behind bars in a planned manner.
“They put me, Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh, Satyendra Jain and today my PA Bibhav Kumar also behind bars. Now they are saying Raghav Chadha, who returned from London, will also be jailed. Atishi and Saurabh Bharadwaj will also be jailed,” he alleged in a video message on Saturday.
Kejriwal said the saffron party is targeting AAP leaders because it wants to stop the Delhi government from providing welfare services to people. “They want to stop free welfare services provided by AAP government in Delhi through mohalla clinics, 24-hour electricity supply, and good education in schools,” he said.
“I want to tell the Prime Minister that I am coming to the BJP headquarters with all my top leaders, MLAs, MPs at noon tomorrow (Sunday). You can put whoever you want in the jail,” Kejriwal threw a challenge at Modi.
