Khandagiri Flyover In Bhubaneswar To Remain Off-Limit For 15 Days From Today

Bhubaneswar: The flyover on National Highway 16 at Khandagiri in Bhubaneswar will remain out of bounds for the public for 15 days for maintenance work.
“The RHS (Bhubaneswar-Khurda) of the Khandagiri flyover will remain off the limits for commuters for the period from May 22, 2022, to June 5, 2022,” the Commissionerate Police informed in a press release on Saturday.
All vehicles intending to go towards Khurda from Bhubaneswar will now be diverted through the service road on RHS to ensure free flow of traffic on the NH and approaching roads for the safety and security of commuters as per the feasibility report submitted by ACP Traffic, Bhubaneswar, it said.

“The traffic diversion plan on the flyover has been implemented in order to facilitate the maintenance works of the Main carriageway of the flyover as requested by the GM Tech and Project Director, PIU, NHAI Dhenkanal for the benefit of commuters,” the release added.
