Khelo India Tribal Games: Odisha Swimmers Claim 3 More Gold, Anjali Munda Gets Her 3rd

Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s swimmers made a mark once again in the inaugural Khelo India Tribal Games, bagging three gold medals on Day 4.

Anjali Munda added to her tally with gold in Women’s 50m Backstroke. She had earlier

won the Women’s 200m IM and Women’s 200m Freestyle events.

Ritika Minj topped the Women’s 100m Freestyle event, while the Odisha Women’s team won the 4×100m Medley relay.

Odisha weightlifter Srimati Jani earned a silver medal in Women’s 77 kg category by lifting a total weight of 126 kg.

Odisha are currently second in the medals tally with a total of 23 medals – 9 gold, 4 silver and 10 bronze medals.

Karnataka continues to lead the standings with 15 gold medals, 6 silver and 3 bronze.

Chhattisgarh is hosting the first Khelo India Tribal Games in Raipur, Jagdalpur and Surguja from March 25 to April 3.
