Khurda: The District Judge has rescheduled the functioning timings of all courts till July 31.
As per a communique issued by the office of the District Judge, the courts will now function between 11 am and 1.30 pm with minimum staff. Only extremely urgent matters will be taken up through virtual mode or video conferencing.
The order further said all the protocols of COVID-19 like wearing face masks and maintaining social distancing will be followed during the working hours of the courts.
The district witnessed a sudden spike in the number of COVID-19 positive patients with around 500 cases reported in the last 48 hours.
