New Delhi: Kia Motors has started a contactless, paperless after-sales and personalized vehicle service that ensures customers won’t have to step out and thus stay safe throughout a service process.
In the new ‘Advanced Pick and Drop’ programme, service technicians come and provide a no-contact pick-up and drop service with live tracking. The whole service is paperless and the customer gets updates via app and messages.
Drivers will also use a protective seat cover, and protection kit. The documents required will be shared beforehand.
Kia also has a ‘My Convenience’ programme where customers can personalize service packages as Pre-Paid Maintenance (PPM) or Care Pack (Car Care Services) as per specific requirements.
