Kidnap Bid On Dominos’ Woman Employee In Odisha Capital

Bhubaneswar: At least three men tried to kidnap a woman, who works at a Dominos outlet in Odisha’s capital, and attacked her with a knife on Friday evening.

The woman, who works at Dominos in Esplanade Mall in Rasulgarh, suffered injuries on her neck and hand.

Police have detained two persons and are questioning them.

According to police sources, at least three men tried to kidnap the woman, who is from Jajpur, from where she lives in Bhubaneswar. When she resisted and tried to escape, the miscreants attacked her with a knife.

A police complaint has been filed at Mancheswar police station, after which two persons have been detained.

Police are also probing the role of one of her male friends in the incident.
