Bhubaneswar: Crisis is the real teacher as it prepares one to think, hope and get determined, said Dr Mona Lisa Bal, chairperson of KIIT International School in the city.
Speaking at the 15th annual day celebration ‘HOPE’ of the school in hybrid mode on Thursday, she said online teaching couldn’t have been possible without the support of parents. Emotion is the only thing with is the elementary driver for our decision-making process, she added.
Addressing the students Dr Achyuta Samanta, founder, KIIT & KISS said KIIT International School had started the online classes for first time in the country during the lockdown due to COVID pandemic. He thanked the chairperson, principal and teachers of the school for their effort towards starting online classes.
Principal Dr Sanjay Suar presented the annual report of the school. The Annual Year Book of the school ‘Carinae’ was also launched on the occasion. Student achievers in various fields were also felicitated by Dr Samanta.
