Bhubaneswar: A few spells of moderate rainfall and thundershower with one or two spells of intense rainfall (2-3 cm per hour) are likely to occur over the Odisha capital on Sunday morning, the Meteorological centre, Bhubaneswar said.
There will be squally surface wind speed reaching 45-55 km per hour gusting to 65 km per hour in the city, the Met Centre added.
The inclement weather is likely to lead to temporary traffic congestion, water logging on roads in low lying areas and inundation of underpass roads and possible damage to vulnerable structures, the forecast said.
