The beneficiaries will get Rs 5,000 each – on Rakhi Purnima and International Women’s Day – in a year over next five years in their accounts through direct benefit transfer. The scheme will be implemented within 2024-25 and 2028-29 financial years and each beneficiary will get a Subhadra debit Card issued by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).
