Know Who Paid For Drugs ‘Procured’ For Sushant Singh Rajput

Mumbai: It was Sushant Singh Rajput’s manager Samuel Miranda and not Rhea Chakraborty, who paid for the drugs that they used, the actress’ brother Showik Chakraborty reportedly told the NCB in his statement.

Though he admitted to having procured drugs for the late actor and his sister, he said that Rhea had only paid once through her credit card, India.com reported.

Citing the official documents from the NCB, a Mumbai Mirror report said that Showik claimed that he neither paid money nor received any money for procuring drugs for Sushant.

The Inda Today had earlier reported that Rhea had told him that Sushant used to take marijuana 4-5 times a day.
“Through WhatsApp chat, my sister told me that Sushant is taking marijuana at least four-five times a day. Based on this, I told her that I would arrange five grams of bud (curated marijuana)… Then I contacted Abdel Basit Parihar, a friend of mine, to source bud and shared the rates of bud with Rhea and Samuel Miranda, as he used to be the house manager of Sushant then,” he said in the official statement to the NCB.
Meanwhile, the NBC has arrested drug peddlers Karam Jeet Singh Anand and Ankush Arneja in connection with the case. The agency is now on the hunt for ‘Dwayne’, a man who has allegedly supplied drugs to Dipesh and Showik.
Showik had been in direct contact with Anuj Keswani and Dwayne, the Times of India reported.
