Mumbai: Bollywood’s Mr Perfectionist, Aamir Khan recently flew down to Hyderabad for the naming ceremony of badminton champ, Jwala Gutta’s baby girl.
The actor not only attended the naming ceremony, but also named the newborn child.
Now, Jwala’s husband, Tamil actor Vishnu Visha,l has finally revealed why Aamir was given the honour to name their baby girl.
During a recent interview with Galatta Plus, Vishnu disclosed that Aamir had helped his wife, Jwala get pregnant by recommending an IVF specialist and taking care of her at his Mumbai residence.
“Me and Jwala were trying to have a baby for almost two years… because she’s 41. It wasn’t happening, so we had to take a lot of IVF treatments… 5-6 cycles failure, and Jwala almost gave up,” Vishnu said.
Vishnu further shared that during this time, he met Aamir in Hyderabad and shared his problem with him.
He continued, “He said, ‘Stop everything, come to Bombay.” He continued, “He took us to a doctor there, and he made sure, for almost 10 months, Jwala stayed at his place with him and his entire family. Every time I was travelling up and down, and he treated us like family.”
“I can’t tell you what he’s done to us. It’s a blessing. Eventually, after two IVF cycles, she got pregnant. That’s when I told him, ‘Sir, you’re gonna name the baby.’ If not for him, we probably wouldn’t have got Mira,” he concluded.
After dating for nearly two years, Vishnu and Jwala tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Hyderabad in April 2021.
On the work front, Vishnu was last seen in Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s ‘Lal Salaam.’ The film also featured Rajinikanth, Vikranth, Senthil, and KS Ravikumar.
Aamir, on the other hand, is basking in the success of his recently released film ‘Sitaare Zameen Par.’
