Mumbai: The seventh season of Koffee With Karan is just days away from kicking off.
One of the most popular chat shows will once again feature top celebrities who will share juicy news about the industry, their personal lives and fellow-stars. This time, though, the show can be watched on OTT platform Disney+ Hotstar.
On Sunday, Karan unveiled the premiere date of the show — July 7 — with a video featuring the likes of Shah Rukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Bipasha Basu, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor.
“Guess who’s back? And this time with some hot piping brew! #HotstarSpecials #KoffeeWithKaran S7 starts 7th July only on Disney+ Hotstar!,” Karan wrote on Twitter.
A month-and-a-half ago, Karan shared a funny Instagram post to announce that Koffee With Karan will be returning not on TV, but OTT platform.
He had first teased fans on Instagram, saying that Koffee With Karan will not return. “Hello, Koffee With Karan has been a part of my life, and yours, for 6 seasons now. I’d like to think we’ve made an impact and even found our place in pop culture history. And so, it is with a heavy heart that I announce that Koffee with Karan will not be returning.”
Hours later, he shared a statement about the return of the chat show on Disney+ Hotstar.
