New Delhi: While admitting to the crime during interrogation, Sanjay Roy, the main accused in the rape and murder of a trainee doctor at RG Kar Hospital in Kolkata, also detailed his movements on the night, saying he visited two red light areas in the city but did not have sex. He also confessed to molesting a woman in the street, an act that was captured on surveillance cameras. Additionally, Roy revealed that he had a video call with his girlfriend and asked her for nude photos, India Today reported quoting CBI sources.

The sequence of events on the night of the murder, as recounted by Roy, is as follows, according to the report.

The report quoted CBI sources as saying that Roy and his friend’s presence at all the locations mentioned was established through their call data records (CDRs).
According to them, a significant amount of pornographic content was found on Sanjay Roy’s mobile phone, including incest videos depicting sexual acts between siblings. This is what prompted the CBI to conduct his psychological evaluation.
