Bhubaneswar: Senior Congress leader and the party’s Lok Sabha candidate from Dhenkanal, K P Singhdeo, was admitted to Apollo hospital in Bhubaneswar on Sunday after he feel ill while campaigning.
His son Amarjyoti said the 78-year-old scion of the erstwhile royal family of Dhenkanal was better and would be discharged soon.
On Monday, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik tweeted his prayers for Singhdeo’s speedy recovery.
