Bhubaneswar: Three days after the suicide of the Kunduli rape victim in Koraput district, the Odisha Human Rights Commission on Monday directed the state government to submit a detailed record on this incident within 15 days.
The Commission issued the directive to the chief secretary Aditya Prasad Padhi and Director General of Police (DGP) RP Sharma, OHRC acting chairperson Bira Kishore Mishra said.
The Commission had sought a report from the state Home secretary and directed the Additional Director General (ADG) of police, Human Rights Protection Cell (HRPC) in October last year to probe into the incident and submit their reports separately within a week
