Lady Don Of Bhubaneswar Slum Arrested For Manhandling Cops

Bhubaneswar: A self-styled Lady Don was arrested by police on Monday from a slum near the Airfield in Odisha capital for attacking a police team.

She is Aasma Bibi (45). She had engaged in a scuffle with policemen who had gone to the spot to rescue two men whom Bibi had tied up.

Sources in the slum said, Bibi would hold Kangaroo courts to settle disputes in the area and punish people.

On Monday morning, two persons were caught for stealing goats following which she mercilessly beat them up and tied them. On a tip-off, police team arrived at the spot and were trying to resolve the matter.

But, Bibi got furious at the policemen and started shouting at them and hurling abuses. She wanted to be her own judge and punish the two. However, police rescued the two youths and were taking them to the van when she tried to manhandle the cops.

Then video of the entire scene has gone viral. In the video, Bibi was seen keen on punishing the two tied-up me even as the policemen requested her to allow them to take them to the police station.
