Law Student Jumps To Death From Apartment In Bhubaneswar; Suicide Note, Last Call

Bhubaneswar: Mystery continues to shroud the death of a youth, who allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the 8th floor of an apartment in Odisha capital on Sunday evening.

The deceased has been identified as Aniraj Mansa Tudu (23). He was a law student and staying in the university hostel in Cuttack.

According to sources, his family earlier stayed at the apartment and had shifted to Ganga Nagar. However, the circumstances under which he went to the eighth floor of the apartment is still unclear. Reports about two youths visiting the apartment while searching for Tudu has further deepened the mystery.

Kharvel Nagar police, which seized the body for postmortem, are reportedly examining the CCTV footage of the apartment to ascertain if he was accompanied by someone to the apartment.

Reports further said that a suicide note purportedly written by him was seized from his hotel room. He reportedly made the last call to his sister. He had left hostel two day ago.
