Khurda: A youth was beaten black and blue by locals after he was caught misbehaving with a girl at Balugaon of Khurda district.
Sources said three youths had misbehaved with the Class-X student at Kumaranga square while she was returning home from tuition. Some locals managed to capture one of the road Romeos and thrashed him. They then handed him over to Banapur police.
Police are searching for the other two offenders.
