Bhubaneswar: The Ministry of Home Affairs on Sunday issued a fresh notification excluding e-commerce from the permitted list.
“E-commerce companies. vehicles used by e-commerce operators will be allowed to ply with necessary permission,” the order said.
The Ministry clarified that supply of non-essential goods by e-commerce companies will remain prohibited during lockdown 2.0.
