Bhubaneswar: Acting on the new guidelines of the Odisha government for the second-phase lockdown, the Revenue and Disaster Management Department has barred plying of private vehicles in nine districts, which have reported COVID-19 cases.
The nine districts are Khurda, Bhadrak, Sundargarh, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Puri, Jajpur, Kalahandi and Dhenkanal.
