Lockdown Routines: Away From Busy Schedule, Tamanna Enjoying Family Time

Bhubaneswar: The nationwide lockdown, enforced by the Central government to check the spread of coronavirus pandemic, has come as a boon for many who hardly got the time for their families.

Tamanna Vyas is one such person who is enjoying spending quality time with her family members.

The Ollywood actress, who normally lives in Bhubaneswar and has a very busy schedule, is in her native place Berhampur during the lockdown period. “I am enjoying a lot with my sister,” says Tamanna.

She as been helping her mother, who is a disciplinarian, in the kitchen. “She (mother) wants all household work to be done on time as well as eat at a regular time. That’s why I wake up early,” reveals Tamanna, adding that they all eat the meals together.

Fitness and health are of great importance to the family. Tamanna, her father and sister do Pranayam in the morning and work out in the terrace in the evening.

“We have to keep ourselves fit during this period. We should be healthy, both mentally and physically,” observes Tamanna, who was selected to compete in the Femina Miss India 2019 and bagged the Miss Popular Choice Award at the Central Miss Diva 2018.

The young actress, who made her Ollywood debut four years ago after winning a TV reality show, is learning new languages. “Yeah, I am picking up Tamil and Telugu from YouTube. It will help me in future if I were to work in film industries of other states,” she remarks.

She is taking care of her skin with home-made products. “Earlier, I couldn’t take care of myself properly because of a busy schedule,” she admits.

Tamanna believes in being positive even in these tough times that the world is facing. “People should make use of the time they are getting by doing productive things,” says Tamanna, before signing off with a wish that Covid-19 will be a thing of the past very soon.
