Bhubaneswar: From a star used to sound-camera-action, he has made a smooth makeover to the man in the house. Meet well-known face of Tele world Likun Choudhury at home during lockdown.

As a law abiding citizen, Likun does not complain about lockdown, rather strictly follows the norms. For the actor used to shooting most of the time, it is a rare opportunity to spend quality time with his family.

Known for his roles in mega serials Sindura Bindu and Taratarini , Likun said, “Now I have got time to spend with my son. I am helping him in his studies and playing with him also.”

The actor, who is used to draw attention, does not find it anything unstarlike to do mundane works or help his wife in household chores. “I feel happy to help my wife in keeping the house clean and sanitizing the vegetables and groceries brought from outside,” he added.

A fitness buff, Likun never misses morning exercise. “As the gyms are closed now, I have to take extra care and keep myself fit,” he said.

“After having breakfast, I spend some time in the garden to look after the plants and saplings. Besides, when my son gets bored, I play Ludo, Carrom and other games with him,” Likun said.

“Due to busy schedule of shooting, I missed out on my hobby of watching films and reading books. Now I can watch my favorite movies with my family in the comfort of the home. Besides, I am reading books related to Odia cinema and literature,” said Likun.

On the CORONA and its lockdown effect, he said, “I appeal to people to stay at home and follow all the rules and regulations. Those are meant for safety and security of your near and dear ones. Don’t miss the chance to spend time with your wives, children and parents.”
