New Delhi: The group of ministers (GoM) headed by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will meet on Tuesday to discuss whether to extend the 21-day lockdown in the country to break the chain of coronavirus infections.
Senior bureaucrats said the meeting will consider the recommendations of the 11 empowered groups set up to manage various aspects of India’s response to the pandemic.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah will also attend the meeting, the Hindustan Times reported.
