Bhubaneswar: The BJP is now ahead of its rivals in two more Lok Sabha seats, taking its lead tally to nine.
Odisha has 21 parliamentary constituencies.
The seats where the saffron party is leading are Bargarh, Balasore, Balangir, Bhubaneswar, Kalahandi, Puri, Sambalpur, Sundargarh and Mayurbhanj.
The BJD, on the other hand, continues to lead in the remaining 12 seats – Aska, Berhampur, Bhadrak, Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur, Kandhamal, Kendrapara, Keonjhar, Koraput and Nabarangpur.
