Bhubaneswar: The cyclonic circulation over central parts of Bay of Bengal and adjoining north Bay of Bengal intensified into a low pressure area over central parts of North Bay of Bengal on Wednesday morning.

Under it influence, Odisha may continue to experience scattered heavy to very heavy rainfall with isolated extremely heavy during next 24 hours. The districts that has been issued red warning are Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Angul, Nayagarh, Boudh, Sonepur, Kandhamal, Ganjam. Heavy to very heavy rainfall may also occur at one or two places in Jajpur, Jagatsinghpur, Khurda, Puri, Gajapati, Rayagad, Nabarangpur, Kalahandi, Nuapada, Balangir, Bargarh, Sambalpur.
