Bhubaneswar: The local Met office on Wednesday predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall in most parts of Odisha in the next 24 hours.
It is being attribute to a low pressure developing over the North Bay of Bengal off the Odisha coast in the next 36 hours.
Most parts of Keonjhar, Bhadrak, Dhenkanal, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Cuttack, Puri, Khurda, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Sundargarh, Deogarh, Keonjhar, Angul, Sonepur, Jharsuguda, Boudh, Kandhamal and Bargarh districts will experience heavy to very heavy rainfall during the period, said a release by the Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar on Wednesday.
The weather condition would prevail for the next six days up to July 17, it added.
