New Delhi: In a New Year surprise by the government, the price of LPG cylinder has been reduced. The price of subsidised cooking gas has been cut down by Rs 5.91 per cylinder and that of non-subsidised ones by Rs 120.50 per cylinder.
A drop in global crude oil price from 85 USD to 55 USD a barrel in the last three months seems to be the reason behind this second price cut in a month.
