‘Made In China’ Drone Entering Amritsar From Pakistan Shot Down

Amritsar: Border Security Force (BSF) personnel on Friday shot down a drone which was entering Indian territory near Dhanoe Kalan village, in Amritsar sector, from Pakistan.

A black coloured quadcopter was recovered, which BSF officials said was a ‘Made in China’ DJI Matrice 300 drone, ANI reported.

Hearing a buzzing sound of a suspected flying object or drone entering from Pakistani side at around 1.15 am, BSF troops tried to intercept the object by firing and brought it down, BSF informed.

The entire area was cordoned off, and police and other agencies were informed.

Following an intensive search, a black coloured Quadcopter was recovered at about 6.15 am.
