Baripada: The COVID-19 tally in Mayurbhanj district surged to 721 on Monday with an overnight addition of 29 cases.
Out of 29 new cases, 20 are local contact cases while eight are from quarantine centres. One is a COVID warrior.
Among the eight quarantine centre cases, five had travel history to Karnataka, two to Andhra Pradesh and one to Maharashtra.
