Jeypore: The COVID-19 tally in Odisha’s Koraput district touched 1316 on Tuesday with 45 new cases being reported in the last 24 hours.
Among them, 17 are from Jeypore Municipality, eight from Koraput Municipality and one in Sunabeda Municipality while the remaining 19 cases are from Boipariduga (3), Borigumma (2), Jeypore (6), Koraput (2), Laxmipur (2), Pottangi (3) and Semiliguda (1).
Of these new cases, 43 are direct contact of previous patients and 21 among them are from different containment zones.
With two deaths and 831 recoveries, Koraput now has 483 active cases.
