New Delhi: Seventy-two per cent of respondents in a survey were not in favour of visiting multiplexes and gyms, while 63 per cent didn’t want local train services to restart from August 1 in fear of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The survey, conducted by LocalCircles took views from 34,000 people across 255 districts in India.
It was carried out to “gauge the collective pulse before the announcement of Unlock 3.0 guidelines”.
Sixty-two per cent are against restating international air travel, while 31 per cent favour it.
The central government on Wednesday announced that gyms would be allowed to reopen from August 5. However, multiplexes will not be reopening now.
