Bhubaneswar: Senior Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge arrived in Odisha capital on Friday afternoon to campaign for the election of the party’s national president.
Leaders of the Congress party, including MLAs, welcomed Kharge at the party office here.
Besides meeting senior leaders and OPPC delegates at Congress Bhavan, Kharge itinerary included a press conference there at 2 pm. Thereafter, he would leave for Chennai and have a meeting with PCC delegates of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry there around 6 pm.
