Bhadrak: Talking over phone while riding his two-wheeler proved costly for a man of Bhadrak. The man had to shell out a fine of Rs 6,000 for violating traffic rules.
As per reports, a man, identified as Chandrakant Mallick of Kalahandia village was talking over the phone while riding a motorcycle.
A team of Town Police conducting checking at the Bonth square in Bhadrak town caught him and imposed the fine.
The fine was collected in two parts Rs 5,000 for using phone while riding and Rs 1,000 for not wearing the helmet, informed Town police station IIC Chandan Ghadai.
