Phulnakhara: A man was found dead with his throat slit at Phulnakhara under Sadar police limits in Cuttack district on Saturday.
According to reports, some locals spotted the body hanging from a tree and informed police.
“The man might have been murdered with a sharp weapon over past enmity. The decomposed body has been sent to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack for postmortem to ascertain the actual cause of death,” a police officer said.
