Boudh: One person was killed while his wife, riding pillion, sustained injuries after the motorcycle skidded off the road and fell from a bridge near Baghamara under Manamunda police limits in Boudh on Monday night.
The deceased has been identified as Anag Panigrahi and the injured as Arati.
The duo was rescued by locals, who rushed them to a nearby hospital, but doctors there declared Anag as ‘brought dead’. Arati was shifted to VIMSAR in Burla as her condition deteriorated.
