Man & Minor Son Killed, Wife Critically Injured In Road Mishap In Odisha’s Keonjhar

Keonjhar: A man and his minor son were killed and his wife was critically injured in a road accident in Odisha’s Keonjhar district on Tuesday.

As per the reports, the couple along with their 2-year-old son were going on a bike from Joda to Barbil on National Highway 520 in the evening. As they reached Roida Chhak, an unidentified vehicle hit them and fled the spot.

On the impact of the accident, the man, who was riding the bike, and his minor son died on the spot, while his wife was critically injured.

When the locals came to know about the accident, they informed the police. A team from Barbil police station went to the spot and rushed the man’s wife to a hospital at Barbil. The identity of the family has not been ascertained.
