Kendrapara: A youth was shot at by some unidentified miscreants near
Badamangala in Kendrapara district on Thursday.
The injured was identified as Debashish Das, an employee of
Gupta Engineering Agency in Cuttack.
Das was rushed to Kendrapara hospital and later shifted to SCB Medical
College and Hospital in Cuttack. His condition is stated to be
critical.
According to a police officer, the incident is suspected to be
fallout of an old enmity.
Efforts were on to trace out the miscreants, who fled soon
after committing the crime, police said.
