Balangir: A man was critically injured in a firing incident at Ingapur village under Patnagarh block of Balangir district late on Wednesday.
The victim was identified as Lambodar Mahakud. He was admitted to a nearby hospital in a critical condition.
On being informed, police reached the spot and started investigation. One Baladev Behera has been detained in connection with the incident. Past enmity is being suspected to the reason behind the attack, police sources.
