Bhubaneswar: The CII Odisha State Council has announced the names of new office- bearers for the year 2021-22.
The State Council will be led by new Chairman Manish Kharbanda, Group Advisor (Legal, Corporate Affairs, CSR & Sustainability) at Jindal Steel and Power Ltd. Sridhar Patra, Chairman and Managing Director, NALCO has been elected Vice Chairman.
The names were declared at the first meeting of reconstituted Odisha State Council held in Puri yesterday.
In his several years of work experience in corporate India, Kharbanda has successfully led the Mines and Minerals Business of JSPL as Executive Director – Group Head (Raw Material Sourcing) & Head of Odisha Affair. As Executive Director – Global Ventures, he was managing the complete global business portfolio – identifying and canvassing organic and inorganic growth opportunities and managing operations.
An alumnus of Harvard Business School, his deep knowledge of business, impeccable academics combined with passion, dedication and thought leadership has led to his meteoric growth in organisations.
