Bhubaneswar: Swimmer Mannata Mishra has been crowned the state-level swimming champion for the third time in a row and will soon be participating in National Glen Mark junior championship.
She clinched the first position in five separate events at the ongoing state-level competition at Kalinga Stadium here. She was also group champion in the competition.
